जैसे कहीं खुली अंतहीन लहरों के बीच
कुछ चेहरों की दीवारों के पीछे छिपी आत्मा को ढूँढ़ते हुए
कहीं मेरी कश्ती बहती जाती है
एक अनजाने सपनो और इच्छाओं की नियति
कहीं अन्दर आग की तरह जलता हुआ, अदृश्य सा धुआं
समय बिना थके चले जाता है
और मैंने शायद खो दिया कुछ
शायद उस प्रेममय स्पर्श का एहसास
जिसे ना है जाना और ना अनुभव है किया
नहीं देख पाती उन अनजान सहिलों के सपने
आंखें थक गई हैं जैसे प्रारब्ध प्रहारों से
फिर भी ढूँढती हूँ अर्थपूर्ण शाँती
जैसे कोई विशाल वृक्ष, वयोवृद्ध व झुका हुआ
क्या मिलेगा मुझे और क्या अर्थ होगा उसका मेरे लिए
मैं देखती हूँ दर्पण में और जो दिखता है
वो अपना ही परावर्तन है
क्या मिलेगा वही प्रणय और क्या हो पाऊँगी मैं सुखी
उतनी ही सुंदर और चारु जिस तरह कोई सवेरे का पंछी
उस ही पवन की तरह जो कश्ती के पाल में भर देती है जीवन
उस ही नीले आकाश व मंद शीतल समीर की तरह
क्या कोई आवाज़ अब पहुँचती है तुम तक
मुझे राह क्यों दिखाते नहीं, इन क्रूर प्रहारों से क्यों बचाते नहीं
हे इश्वर,अब तो कोई रौशनी हो ...अब तो कोई दिशा हो ...

I always was so sure that you would write very well in Hindi...and I am always right except for when I am wrong...

Us gagan ko deho jahan suraj roz aata hai
us raat ko dekho jaha chanda chamkata hai
us sagar ko deho jo nitant akela hai aur phir bhi hai magan
us nadi ko dekho jo paati hai sagar ki raah
phir me kya hoon
tumhari hi jyoti nanhi si
jab tum mere hi andar ho
to muze tum se kya dar
